Simcocks Advocates director, Chris Arrowsmith, has received the accolade of Lawyer of the Year by the Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards 2018.
The publication has named the highly regarded advocate “Litigation and Dispute Resolution – Lawyer of the Year” in the Isle of Man category.
Lawyer Monthly states that its awards “identify and honour the most respected Lawyers and Law Firms who lead the way on a global stage.” Also that they “celebrate the most successful, innovative and forward-thinking Lawyers across the world.”
Nominations are voted for by the magazine’s readership, then a shortlist is drawn up and a winner is chosen by the judging panel based on votes, supporting information and testimonials.
Chris, who has won a series of awards for his expertise and accomplishments over the past few years, commented on the win:
“I’m delighted to be honoured in this way, but I consider it to be a win for the whole Litigation team, which works with our clients to understand the commercial context of the litigation issues in which they are involved.”
