Simcocks Advocates has partnered up with Hospice Isle of Man’s Wild in Art trail; The Big Splash. They will support the summer 2022 trail as a large sculpture sponsor.
The Big Splash is the largest mass participation art event to ever come to the Isle of Man and will see a trail of 30 life size Dolphins take centre stage on a public art trail live around the Island for 12 weeks from May – September 2022.
Simcocks Advocates prides themselves on their corporate social responsibility, regularly supporting and engaging with local charitable and community events. They can’t wait to be involved with a project that raises funds for a vital charity, as well as celebrates art, our Island and brings a sense of adventure.
“We’re so excited to be a part of this project, having witnessed the triumph that was Wallabies Gone Wild in 2019. Simcocks has always looked for ways to support the local community as well as charitable causes, and The Big Splash enables us to celebrate art and our Island as well as helping raise funds for a cause that is very close to many of us.”
Phil Games, Simcocks CEO
“We can’t wait to create a huge ‘splash’ across the Island in May this year when our dolphins are unleashed. We are excited to have the opportunity to promote our Island in such a positive way through The Big Splash, as well as ensuring local businesses get the most out of their partnership with us.
We are absolutely delighted to have Simcocks Advocates and the team there involved, as thanks to them and our other corporate partners, we will ultimately be able to fund our Hospice services for our patients and their families, and for that we are immensely grateful.”
Anne Mills, Chief Executive of Hospice Isle of Man
More than 30 individually designed ‘life sized’ dolphin sculptures along with 40 baby dolphins (Calves) will form a trail of discovery across the Island during the summer, encouraging residents and visitors alike to explore our environment from an exciting new perspective – whilst promoting our Biosphere, wellbeing and active lifestyles.
