Background

Julie has more than 25 years’ experience of providing detailed research to Simcocks. She provides detailed, researched and comprehensive information to the firm on property title, companies and the land registry.

These searches have to be painstakingly carried out to establish the good title of an owner of property, the existence, if any, of outstanding mortgages, and the commitments that are tied to ownership.
