David’s practice areas include general corporate, banking and finance, insurance and shipping. He has extensive experience in the Isle of Man legal system, in particular banking and insurance law, regulation and compliance.
His specialisms include the drafting and implementation of bespoke bank loan and security documentation, media and entertainment finance documentation and insurance contracts. He has particular experience in schemes involving the transfer of insurance business and schemes of amalgamation.
