Andrew Marshall recently joined Simcocks as a consultant litigator within the firm’s award-winning Dispute Resolution department.
Andrew has gained experience with a broad range of commercial and civil litigation, specialising in complex trust and property disputes, and matters relating to frauds and breaches of fiduciary duties in respect of directors and trustees. He has significant court experience, having represented clients in the High Court, Appeal Court, Privy Council and at all levels in the criminal courts. Andrew has also represented clients in the Employment Tribunal, Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal and Licensing Court.
