New position created
Simcocks Advocates has appointed Jackie Ridgway to the newly created post of Human Resources Manager.
Jackie joins the company from Walbrook Trustees, now known as Barclays Wealth. She has considerable experience in all aspects of recruitment, training and appraisals. In her new role Jackie will be responsible for managing the training and development of all staff.
She said: “I am delighted to have joined Simcocks because they are forward thinking and dedicated to providing an excellent customer service through its staff. I am looking forward to working with the team to help the business achieve its objectives in 2008 and beyond.”
Chief executive Phil Games said: “Simcocks Advocates continues to grow and has ambitious plans to develop over the coming years. We know we cannot provide a first class service to clients without employing and retaining first class staff and Jackie is a very welcome resource. She brings a wealth of skills and expertise to the practice that everyone will benefit from.”
Outside work Jackie is an accomplished swimmer and dancer. She lives in Glen Vine and has two teenage sons.
