British Quality Standard for IOM Law Firm
Simcocks Advocates has achieved the ISO 9001 quality standard audited by Moodys International.

The award of ISO 9001 accreditation shows not only that we value structure and organisation, building a company in which everyone works to clearly defined goals, but, more importantly, that every effort is made to improve our clients experience with Simcocks.”
The central principle behind ISO is that companies should improve all of their business processes to deliver an improved level of service more efficiently. By having procedures in place, firms are able to ensure that their service reaches the highest standard, information is supplied when they say it will be supplied and that queries are dealt with speedily and by the most suitable person.
Phil Games added “There is a perception of many businesses that quality standards are only for big business, but in reality businesses of any size can benefit substantially from applying quality standards.
