Graley joins a growing force at Simcocks
Simcocks continues its development and expansion of its Litigation team with the appointment of Simon Graley as a litigation executive.
Simon brings to Simcocks over thirty years experience from the police force (Isle of Man Constabulary and West Yorkshire Metropolitan Police). During his time in the police Simon has held a number of positions including Head of Human Resources and Training and Head of Financial Crime Unit. He has also served as Divisional Commander Central and Douglas Divisions as well as operating within the CID, Fraud Squad, Criminal Investigation Department and the Crime Management Unit.

Simon brings to Simcocks a wealth of knowledge of the law and procedures governing criminal investigations, complex financial investigations and has a good appreciation of aspect of general legal procedure. He has also excellent knowledge of the criminal law and in particular offences akin to theft and the anti-money laundering legislation and guidelines. Simon has represented the FCU and the Island at local, national and international level: speaking at conferences and sitting on international Working Groups, Interpol liaison officer, as well as partaking in the recent IMF review of the Island’s finance sector.
Simon’s appointment follows Irene Newby’s appointment as Director earlier this year
