Robert Braide
Former General Manager of Rothschild Asset Management (Isle of Man), Robert Braide, has joined Simcocks Advocates as "Projects Manager".
Robert began his career with Williams & Glyns Bank (now Royal Bank of Scotland International) and following a five year move to Royal Skandia Life Assurance joined Rothschilds in 1992, where he was General Manager of the Isle of Man operation from 1999 until its business was sold earlier this year.
Phil Games, CEO of Simcocks said "Robert has worked with Simcocks over the last few months on a temporary basis whilst he considered the various options open to him. However it became apparent during his time with us that his diverse management experience was of considerable benefit to Simcocks particularly, with regard to the implementation of our strategy to diversify our business interests."
Robert is presently managing a significant project for High Net Worth Individuals who own property in the UK . Robert will also use his previous experience at Rothschilds to assist Simcocks with its growth of business in the Funds Industry.
