Admitted 1973 Isle of Man. Norman is a senior consultant advocate who is experienced in most areas of legal practice in the Isle of Man. At various times he has been chairman of the Work Permits Appeal Tribunal, the Isle of Man Rent and Rating Appeal Commissioners, the Employment Tribunal, the Isle of Man Gambling Control Commissioners and the Estate Agents Tribunal. He is currently a member of the Isle of Man Courts of Justice Panel of Mediators.
