In Brief:
Admitted 2009 Isle of Man; called to the Bar of Ireland 1993. In 1995 Kevin moved to the Isle of Man to join Coopers & Lybrand (which has since merged to become PwC) as Head of Legal with particular reference to its fiduciary services business, and in 2007 joined Simcocks Advocates. Kevin practises in company law, financial services regulation, trust law and pensions law. Kevin has advised on diverse commercial transactions including the redomiciliation and AIM listing of Isle of Man companies, regulatory implications of M&A and corporate restructuring activities, and transactions concerning corporate pension schemes. Kevin’s experience in relation to trusts means he also advises in this area. Kevin holds a Masters Degree in International Banking and Finance from the Isle of Man Business School, is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner

Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (1988); King’s Inns, Dublin (1993); M.Sc. International Banking and Finance, Liverpool John Moores University (2005).
