Admitted 1990 England.
Represented major international insurance and reinsurance market participants whilst at leading London law firms (assistant solicitor then partner). In 2004 appointed Chief General Counsel for a Lloyd’s of London managing agency with substantial problematic books of business in run-off. Jacqui has wide ranging experience advising in respect of international commercial disputes, contentious and transactional reinsurance/insurance related matters and of in-house business management, regulatory and reporting responsibilities at executive level. Since joining Simcocks in 2007, she has assisted in the conduct of general commercial litigation (including Doleance proceedings) and in respect of the assessment, release and transfer of liabilities for and to Isle of Man based captives.

University of Sheffield (LLB 1986).
