In Brief:
Admitted 2003 Isle of Man; 1998 England and Wales. Irini heads the corporate and commercial, commercial property and employment departments of the practice. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, disposal of business undertakings, amalgamation and reconstruction of companies, corporate finance transactions and advises directors and corporate service providers on matters of Manx company law. She puts together and leads teams who help companies exploit their opportunities by offering realistic and reliable solutions. Previously she worked at the Ontario Human Rights Commission and Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester. She speaks Greek and Macedonian.
