Admitted 2004 Isle of Man. Alex specialises in corporate and commercial law. His clients include private companies, PLC’s, large blue chip institutions and corporate service providers. He has considerable experience in dealing with matters including corporate acquisitions and disposals, rights issues, AIM listings, shareholders’ agreements, company migrations and non-contentious liquidation and insolvency matters. Alex also deals with banking and finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers. He has been named a leader in his field by the independent directory, Chambers UK.
