Amy’s areas of practice include general corporate matters (including redomiciliation of companies to and from the Isle of Man and the drafting of shareholders agreements), together with the provision of assistance in mergers and acquisitions matters and cross border banking and finance work. Her areas of practice also include insurance work and the provision of advice on financial services and regulatory matters.
