Alternative Dispute Resolution

In recent years the traditional approach to litigation has been complemented by fresh approaches both to contested proceedings and to the negotiation process.

At Simcocks Advocates we are able to assist with these just as readily as with the more traditional approach, having personnel with training and experience in mediation (both in civil and family matters), arbitration and collaborative law. This means that we can assist either with presentation of cases which need such alternative approaches, or with provision of someone who can preside as an independent mediator or arbitrator to help to try to resolve a dispute.
